I offer a creative, performative and reflection space for dancers, performers, movers with a minimal experience in dance improvisation and creation. The objective of these meetings is to create a space for sharing knowledge between people from different backgrounds, experiences and levels.

The Creative Capsules sessions are not guided improvisation classes, nor are they intended to be a creative process in order to have a final product. It is a proposal that invites participants to put their creative mind at the service of their body, to discover new ways of creating, to observe the other and reflect on the creative process.
During these meetings we will introduce different creative tools from different disciplines to enrich our view of the possibilities of creating, always having the body and the stage presence at the center of our attention.
