This workshop was developed as an extension of my solo project: 'Y si no pienso nada..?'  which was driven by my interest in turning my personal reflections into written and than in to spoken word and use it as the basis of movement, research and creation.
During the workshop participants are invited to  write their thoughts on paper, abstracting them and approach them in a playfull way, giving them voice and body. The aim of the workshop is to  turn our - sometimes fustrating - ability of reflection into the engine of our expression.
